An inspiring journey through Boise and beyond.
Our muse in this issue is Ashley Chapman, an adventurous baker from Boise, Idaho. From the moment we arrived at her adorable home to our final moments together, we were constantly inspired by her—and never (ever) hungry. She welcomed us with homemade Blueberry Hand Pies before showing us her favorite local lunch spots. The following day, she hosted us for coffee and freshly baked Mountain Bread before leading us on a road trip to the Pine Flats Campground. There, Ashley promptly built a fire to bake the Chocolate Cinnamon Swirl bread she prepped earlier that morning. We snacked on that goodness, hung out by the fire, then took a quick swim in the local hot springs before heading to the historic town of Atlanta, Idaho, to visit The Atlanta School, an artists' retreat like no other.
